Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation as required
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and resolving any issues promptly
- Supporting barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks when necessary
- Maintaining food safety standards in all aspects of service
- Assisting with catering events and special functions as needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant environment is advantageous
- Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial but can be learned on the job
- A friendly, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £8.00-£13.50 per hour
