Swimming Teacher – East Midlands Swimming Academy
The East Midlands Swimming Academy (EMSA) offers some of the highest-quality swimming lessons across the East Midlands. We currently operate at over 15 pools, including locations in Alfreton, Annesley, Shirebrook, Derby, Castle Donington, Nottingham, Ravenshead, West Bridgford, Newark, Worksop, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate swimming teacher to join our team at our hydrotherapy pool in Alfreton
Hours available:
Starting September 2026
Saturday 8.30am - 12pm
Excellent pay rates offered, There will also be opportunities for additional cover shifts at any of our other EMSA pools.
We are looking for experienced teachers only, with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional swimming tuition.
Requirements
- Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification
- Personal Insurance
- Enhanced DBS
- First aid training desirable
- Safe Guarding Certificate
- Experience delivering the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Ability to teach children of all ages and abilities up to stage 6
