The Role
No two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Supporting young people with education, employment, and life skills
- Delivering keywork sessions and promoting personal development
- Attending appointments and working with wider support networks
- Encouraging independence while adapting to changing needs
Shift Pattern:
12pm – 12:30pm the following day (with a sleep-in from 11pm–8am)
What You’ll Need
- At least 2 years’ experience working with young people
- Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
- The right to work in the UK
