Framptons is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells at both sites.
The Position:
We are looking for a qualified candidate to work at both our Royal Tunbridge Wells locations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and responsible. We want you to be able to provide excellent customer service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, while maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We want you to be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience. In time you can be trained to open and close the site as a Supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have experience in bartending in a fast-paced operation
- Must have an interest in cocktails
- Must be able to work some weekends and evenings
Responsibilities:
Prepare a range of drinks for guests, serving them at the bar and doing so in a fun and fast-paced environment where music is at the heart of what we do.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed; keep bar area clean, organised and sanitary
- Maintain product knowledge by completing training
- Ensure our customers are your priority
- Effectively prepare your station for service and close the site efficiently after service
