At Four Star Pizza, our Supervisors play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and delivering a great customer experience. This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead by example on shift – preparing food, serving customers, and supporting your team – while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store. When stepping into a Supervisor role, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, drive performance, and create a positive, high-energy working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the store
- Delivering excellent customer service across in-store, phone, and online orders
- Preparing pizzas and menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
- Motivating, coaching, and supporting team members
- Managing cash, card, and online transactions accurately
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
- Supporting stock control, deliveries, and overall store organisation
- Training new starters and developing existing team members
- Taking full responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
- A genuine enjoyment of working with people and delivering great service
