We're a busy professional family in Kent looking for an experienced, capable and genuinely trustworthy House Manager to keep our home lives running smoothly across two properties. One is in ME1 and one is in ME9 with driving to TN3 on occasion.
The role includes:
- Regular deep cleaning and general housekeeping across two houses including ironing and laundry
- Caring for our three (very friendly) dogs — feeding, walking, occasional vet runs
- Cooking family meals and grocery shopping
- Light gardening — mainly watering and weeding
- Driving — school/work drop-offs and pick-ups, plus general errands
- Household admin — accepting deliveries, coordinating tradespeople
A real bonus if you can also:
- Handle minor repairs and DIY
- Do basic decorating (painting, touch-ups)
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar private household, housekeeping or house manager role
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable around dogs and teenagers
- Highly trustworthy and discreet — an enhanced DBS check will be required, and references will be thoroughly followed up
- Organised, proactive and happy to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
