Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Mortgage Advisors with the preparation and processing of mortgage applications.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to obtain required information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM and compliance systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage advisor diaries.
- Prepare client documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA compliance requirements.
- Respond to client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn about mortgage products, affordability assessments, lending criteria, and financial regulations.
- Support the administration of insurance and protection products where required.
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend all training sessions.
- Carry out general office administration duties to support the wider team.

Training Provided:
