An opening has risen within our File Management team. This is a team who has supported several apprentices over the years, so you are in safe hands!
Responsibilities:
1st point of contact for all queries directed to the File Management team. You will triage requests, escalate and manage accordingly
Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management). You will search and maintain client details here
Using Worksite to create new files, entering information accurately and effectively, filing daily correspondence
Dealing with file requests made by staff and Partners
Indexing and storage of old files
Communicating with colleagues via Microsoft Outlook
Desirable skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fantastic organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Attention to detail
Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
