Full-time barber wanted
As we are getting busier and busier, we are looking for a full-time barber to join the team at Ben Fessey Barbershop.
We are an established, appointment based Barbershop looking for someone who is confident in all aspects of barbering, including classic cuts, skin fades, clipper work, scissor cuts, restyles and beard trims.
One of the biggest priorities for us is finding the right person for the team. We have a really good, close team and we want someone who will fit in well, support the people around them, and add to the positive atmosphere in the shop.
The right person will take pride in their work, be reliable, good with customers and able to work well in a busy appointment based barbershop.
The role includes:
- Cutting and styling men's hair to a high standard
- Beard trims and shaping
- Providing a friendly, professional service to every customer
- Keeping your station and the shop clean and tidy
- Working as part of a close, supportive team
- Helping create a positive atmosphere in the shop
- Encouraging customers to rebook where appropriate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident in barbering
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, professional and good with customers
- A genuine team player
- Able to work well in a busy appointment-based Barbershop
- Proud of their work and willing to keep standards high
- Comfortable working Saturdays
- Positive, respectful and easy to work with
