Showcase Trailers Ltd build quality is growing fast and we're looking for practical, enthusiastic people to join our workshop team to help us build the UK's best bespoke catering trailers.

Duties
Duties will consist of woodwork & kitchen fitting, light metalwork and assembly, plumbing, electrical & gas installations, equipment fitting and finishing, and full trailer builds from start to finish
- Construct, assemble, and install trailer bodies using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit components with precision to ensure seamless integration and structural integrity
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move large panels, frames, and other heavy materials throughout the workshop
- Conduct inspections throughout the build process to meet quality standards and client specifications
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency during all phases of construction
- Assist in troubleshooting issues during assembly and recommend improvements for process efficiency
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on vehicle or coach/trailer construction preferred
- Experience in carpentry, fitting, construction, or a similar trade (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, screwdrivers, etc.
- Skilled in operating power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and pneumatic equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
- Prior experience in coach building or related automotive craftsmanship is preferred but not essential
- Reliability and a positive team attitude
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
