Taylor Woodrow is seeking an ambitious Assistant Package Manager to join the team delivering one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects at Old Oak Common. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer or construction professional looking to develop their career within package management on a nationally significant project.
The successful candidate will support the management and delivery of key construction packages, with a particular focus on cladding, roofing, glazing, façades or structural steelwork packages. Experience within any of these disciplines is essential.
Working alongside senior project leaders and package managers, you will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing programme delivery, overseeing design integration, and supporting commercial performance to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
As an Assistant Package Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex building envelope and structural packages from pre-construction through to completion. You will support the management of specialist subcontractors, monitor programme performance, coordinate design activities, and help ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
