About the opportunity
All Align is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering chiropractic care, sports massage, injury management and rehabilitation.
We are looking for a qualified Sports Therapist or Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist or above with a strong interest in exercise rehabilitation to join our friendly and experienced team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an existing patient base while helping us develop and deliver new rehabilitation programmes for the local community. The role is ideal for someone who wants to combine hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation, helping patients return to sport, work and everyday activities and develop their own career.
The successful applicant will receive regular training, case discussions and mentoring from our Clinical Director and experienced chiropractor. Pay is relevant to experience new graduates
Employment structure
· The position will initially be offered as a full-time PAYE role for six months, paid at £13 to £40 per hour dependent on experience.
· Following the initial six-month period, there is an intended transition to a self-employed, percentage-based arrangement.
· The role is based on 40 hours per week and includes a minimum of two evenings per week, along with some weekend work.
Your responsibilities
· Conduct detailed patient assessments
· Identify movement limitations, functional problems and rehabilitation needs
· Create individual treatment and exercise rehabilitation plans
· Deliver sports massage and appropriate hands-on treatments
· Prescribe and demonstrate rehabilitation exercises
· Help patients improve their strength, mobility, balance and confidence
· Support patients recovering from sporting, occupational and everyday injuries
· Monitor progress and adapt rehabilitation programmes when required
· Educate patients about injury prevention and long-term wellbeing
· Work collaboratively with our chiropractor and other practitioners
· Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
· Take part in team training, case discussions and professional development
· Help develop and promote the clinic’s rehabilitation services
· Support the growth of your patient base with guidance from the clinic
· Contribute occasionally to suitable social-media and educational content
· We have links with a local football club and provide support in several roles. Some Saturday afternoon pitch-side assistance may therefore be included throughout the year.
Qualifications
· Applicants must hold one of the following:
· A degree in Sports Therapy; or
· A Level 4 Sports Massage qualification or above with suitable rehabilitation knowledge or experience
· You must also hold appropriate professional insurance and work within the scope of your qualifications.
· Applications from newly qualified therapists are welcome, provided you are enthusiastic about rehabilitation and committed to developing your clinical skills.

This is an in-person position at our clinic in Liss, Hampshire. Applicants must be able to commute reliably (Live within 30min drive) or relocate to the area before starting work.
