Full time – Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, *Every other Saturday*
*Saturday hours are 7:30am to 10am and 3:30pm to 5:30pm

We are a leading independent vehicle rental company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of vehicles. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Farnham branch.
Job Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. You will play a vital role in driving the success of our branch and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, including vehicle rental, returns, and customer service.
- Manage and train branch staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and availability.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare branch reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle rental is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management is a plus.
- Proficient in rental management software.
