Mark Bates & Sons Ltd, an independent family run business with over 30 years’ experience in the supply of ready mixed concrete, we have depots across the Greater Manchester Area situated in Middleton , Waterfoot and Westhoughton. We are expanding our portfolio of products to include ready to use mortars and screeds.
Role Description
Driving one of our own Class 2 HGV Truck Mixers you would be required to deliver our quality ready-mix products in a safe proficient manner liaising with our customers on site, an essential part of the role would be to comply and adhere to all current drivers’ legal regulation.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Full Class 2 Licence, Current CPC, Digital Tachograph Card.
Driving experience of a mixer truck and ready-mix products would be preferred but not essential as full training would be given.
We are looking for strong candidate with good customer engagement/ relationship skills
Salary
A rate of £15.50 per hour, increasing to £15.75 after probationary period completed.
40 Hours per week.
Over time is paid once 45 hours has been achieved,
Overtime is paid at £16.50 per hour, increasing to £16.75 after probationary period.
Saturdays paid at £19.50 per hour.
Weekly Bonus of £50 per week available if criteria is met.
Pension after probationary period.
Holiday's 28 days per year including Bank Holiday's (7 Days to be held for Christmas Shut down)
