We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established care home in Congleton, Cheshire.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will work alongside the wider care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe and effective nursing care.
- Supporting residents while promoting dignity, choice and independence.
- Maintaining accurate care plans and clinical documentation.
- Administering medication safely in line with NMC guidelines.
- Supporting and guiding members of the care team.
- Ensuring excellent standards of care are maintained.
What We're Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant post-registration experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and person-centred approach.
