Job: Machine Operators (Trainee)
Location: Westbury Wiltshire
Hours of Work: 37.5hrs pw - ROTATING SHIFT (Mornings, Afternoons and Nights) - Shorter day each Friday on ALL shifts
Pay: Starting £14.35ph (£538.15pw)
Riverside Recruitment are recruiting Machine Operators (trainee) to join our client in Westbury. We are looking for reliability, trustworthiness, and if you have a strong drive for advancement within a well-established and expanding company then this is for you. Pay starts at £14.35ph (all breaks paid), and once fully trained you will have further opportunities for bonuses, overtime, progression and pay increases.
Machine Operator candidates must have proven engineering/mechanical skills (professionally or personally) and operated machinery previously. Ideally you must be practically minded and have utilised hand/power tools.
To be considered you will need:
- Engineering skills / experience (in work or as a hobby) OR
- Previous machine operation and maintenance experience
- You are comfortable with and capable of using hand and power tools
- You have the ability to work to a high standard with good attention to detail in a fast paced demanding environment
- You are comfortable with heavy lifting as part of the role

Triple Rotational Shift Pattern
Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30am Friday
Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 5pm Friday
Nights: 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 10.30pm Friday
