I am looking for a Head Chef with a minimum of four years of experience to lead our team.
The range of activity covers the bar menu, banquet menus, and function work
The team produces dishes from locally sourced suppliers.
You would be involved in all aspects of directing the kitchen from menu design to
preparation and service.
