Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on assistant restaurant manager with strong drive and enthusiasm to support and deputise for the restaurant manager. A team player who leads by example from the front and has similar experience in a fast-paced restaurant where service, standards and consistency are key.
The new restaurant is part of an expansion of The Angel & Royal Hotel in Grantham, and we hope to attract a different demographic with all-day dining, including breakfasts, brunches, lunches, and dinners, along with late-night drinking on weekends until 2 am.
Hands-on restaurant hosting, organising staff on shift, attention to detail, and consistently training staff, old and new, to improve and maintain restaurant standards are key.
If you have experience making/ designing cocktails, that is also a bonus, as these will be heavily promoted at the venue.
