Multi Trader Required (Self-Employed / CIS)
Location: RH, GU & KT Postcode Areas
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our growing team, delivering high-quality domestic refurbishment and repair projects across the RH, GU and KT postcode areas.
Our work includes a mixture of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and domestic refurbishment projects** for residential properties. We pride ourselves on delivering quality workmanship, excellent customer service and reliable project delivery, and we're looking for tradespeople who share those values.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, customer-focused Multi Trader looking for consistent, ongoing work.
The Role
You'll be attending occupied residential properties, carrying out a range of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Skills
Applicants should be competent in:
* Minor carpentry repairs (doors, locks, skirting, architraves, etc.)
* Basic plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, wastes, pipework, etc.)
* Decorating and making good
* General property maintenance
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
Requirements
* Self-employed (CIS registered)
* Own van/transport
* Own hand and power tools
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Labour and tools supplied by you (all materials will be provided)
* Hold a current DBS certificate, or be willing to undergo a DBS check
* Professional appearance and good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Reliable, organised and committed to delivering quality workmanship
Areas Covered
Work is primarily within the RH, GU and KT postcode areas, with jobs scheduled to keep travel as efficient as possible.
Pay & Benefits
* £180–£210 per day, depending on experience
* 35p per mile for company mileage
Daily rate includes:
* Up to 20 miles each way between your home and your first/last job
* Up to 1 hour travel time each way
* Consistent, ongoing workload
* Weekly payments
