We're looking for a confident, organised and practical person to join our busy aftersales team at B V Rees Ltd in Cardigan.
You'll be right at the centre of our service department, working closely with customers, technicians and the workshop to make sure jobs run smoothly from the moment a vehicle arrives until it's handed back to the customer.
You'll deal with everything from routine servicing and MOTs to diagnosing customer concerns, organising repairs and keeping customers updated on what's happening with their vehicle.
What you'll be doing
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
- Speaking with customers about faults and vehicle concerns
- Working directly with our technicians and workshop
- Planning and coordinating the workshop diary
- Preparing estimates and explaining repair work to customers
- Keeping customers updated while their vehicle is with us
- Helping organise parts and additional work
- Processing service and warranty paperwork
- Making sure vehicles and jobs move efficiently through the workshop
- Building long-term relationships with our customers
Who we're looking for
You don't necessarily need previous experience as a Service Advisor.
We're more interested in finding someone who is:
- Confident speaking to people. Face to face and over the phone
- Organised and able to manage several jobs at once
- Interested in cars and the motor industry
- Good with computers
- Able to work closely with technicians and customers
- Positive, reliable and willing to learn
Full training can be provided for the right person.

The working hours will be 08:30 - 17:30 Mon-Fri.
