Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Small Boutique Setting)
Location: East Oxford
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (No early mornings or late nights!)
Salary: £14.25 – £15.50 per hour (Depending on experience)

Your Role
- Plan and deliver EYFS activities for a small, dedicated group of key children.
- Build deep, meaningful relationships with families.
- Maintain manageable observations and learning journeys.
- Support daily routines and champion safeguarding.
Requirements
- Full, relevant UK Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete).
- Enhanced DBS check and 5-year reference history.
