Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year (DOE)
Vehicle: Must have own vehicle (mileage paid)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility required)

We are a growing property management company overseeing HMOs and residential properties across Reading and nearby areas. We focus on high standards, protecting landlord assets, and delivering a professional experience for tenants.We’re now hiring a reliable, full-time mobile cleaner to take ownership of cleaning standards across our portfolio.
The Role
This is an active, independent role covering multiple properties across Reading. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning across HMOs and residential homes.
Key responsibilities include:
Weekly communal area cleans in HMOs
Room cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans
Deep cleans when required
General house cleans
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues (leaks, mould, damage, etc.)
Taking before/after photos and completing visit checklists
You’ll travel between properties daily, so organisation and reliability are essential.
Requirements
Previous professional cleaning experience (HMO or end-of-tenancy experience preferred)
Own vehicle (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable travelling between multiple properties daily
High attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Good communication skills
Right to work in the UK
