Part-Time Site Support Assistant – Holiday Retreats (Flexible Hours)

We are looking for a reliable, practical person to help support our luxury holiday retreat business.

This is a varied role helping prepare retreats for guest arrivals and keeping the site looking its best.
Typical jobs include:
- Draining, refilling and checking hot tubs (full training provided)
- Cleaning BBQs and preparing outdoor areas for arrivals
- Taking bins up from retreats
- Washing / jet washing cladding, decking and outdoor areas (equipment provided)
- Window cleaning and preparing outdoor spaces for guests
- Leaf blowing and general outdoor upkeep
- Basic gardening and mowing
- Painting and touching up areas when needed
- Basic DIY and odd jobs (basic practical / DIY skills required)
- Helping keep retreats guest-ready for arrivals
The role:
- Flexible hours depending on bookings and changeover days
- Arrivals can happen on any day of the week, therefore weekday and weekend availability is important.
- Weekend availability (when there is booking arrivals) is particularly important due to holiday changeovers and guest arrival
- Work may involve shorter visits across different days
- Hours can range from a couple of hours to longer days during busy periods
- Some flexibility is important as bookings and changeover requirements can occasionally change at short notice
- Work is mainly outdoors and may involve working in all weather conditions on arrival days
- £15 per hour
