We are recruiting a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist primary school in Slough this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of additional needs while working alongside experienced SEN professionals.

Your Role
As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies.
- Adapt learning resources and activities to meet individual needs.
- Encourage communication, social interaction, and emotional development.
- Promote independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Contribute to a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
