An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and friendly beauty therapist to join our excellent team of professionals, on a temporary part time basis, at our doctor-led skin, body and laser clinic based in a luxury Medispa in the heart Lancashire.

Our Medispa was the first establishment of its kind in the area, housing a variety of services and treatments under one grand Victorian roof. We offer a bespoke approach to all things beauty, from our in house salon to our cutting-edge skin clinic. We want to provide our valued clientele with a complete experience of relaxation and rejuvenation, to help them look and feel more beautiful.
About you:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual who has an interest in the latest clinical beauty treatments, with some experience in laser treatments, facials and skin peels, however this is not essential as we will train you in all new therapies. A minimum of a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required (body electrics preferred). The ideal candidate should also possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the beauty industry after qualifying
- Experience/Training in hair removal, full body treatments, and technical facials preferred
- Reception skills including handling paperwork, answering phone calls, responding to messages, emails and other enquiries
- Proficient IT skills
- Proficient literacy and grammar skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to our clinical environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly/caring personality
- An ability to work within a team and build relationships
- Passion and drive for helping clients achieve their desired results
- A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
- Sales skills to help fill up the diary and sell retail products
- Excellent customer service skills
- A confident and outgoing attitude
