Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Site Manager for the Night Shift to lead and oversee operations during overnight hours. This pivotal role involves managing site activities, supervising team members, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong management skills, experience supervising teams, and proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6. Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations across multiple construction projects.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Monitor workmanship and carry out quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and regulations.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate design or construction risks where required.
- Coordinate Building Control inspections and obtain all necessary approvals.
- Manage site materials, deliveries, and project documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Company policies.
- Minimize material waste and maximize site productivity.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support the training and development of site personnel.
- Provide regular site progress updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a construction or industrial environment with a focus on supervising teams during night shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work overnight hours consistently while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
