The Role
We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. This is not a cold-calling role – all inquiries are generated online from customers already looking for parts. Your role will be to respond to these leads, confirm availability, and provide prices.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have submitted online part inquiries
- Advise on stock availability, pricing, and delivery options
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
- Knowledge of car parts or the motor trade is a bonus (but not essential)
