This is a strong opportunity for a strong experienced demi chef de partie looking for more responsibility or an existing CDP. You will support the senior chefs while beginning to take ownership of a section in our busy kitchen at Mhor 84 Motel, Balquidder, which is a stunning location. Live in on site or live out.
A successful candidate will
Experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen
eagerness to learn and develop your skills
positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
passion for fresh food and modern presentation
Hours are 5 days a week, 2 days off
Weekly pay, Tips paid weekly via Troncmaster
