ROLE: Air Hygiene & Fire Damper Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours per week (variable shifts as required)
LOCATION: London (occasional travel required is needed)
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000

- Work as part of a specialised delivery team delivering air hygiene, fire damper testing, ventilation cleaning (TR/19), and air quality tasks in line with industry regulations and client requirements
- Carry out servicing, inspections, analytical surveys, fire damper testing (BS:9999 & RRFSO 2005), and complete all reports accurately (manual and electronic) within agreed timeframes
- Follow Health & Safety policies, method statements, risk assessments, and maintain safe working practices including working at height and use of equipment, PPE, and chemicals
- Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and line managers while maintaining a professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Work flexibly including variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays, supporting team and business needs
- Prior experience and knowledge of fire dampers and air hygiene.
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- Ability and knowledge to use computers/PDA's
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 current/pending points and no bans within the last 5 years
