Finishing Joiner (or Joiner + Mate) — High-End Residential | Cheshire
Built by MODE are looking to recruit a finishing joiner, ideally with a mate, to work across our high-end residential projects in Cheshire.
We focus on bespoke homes and detailed refurbishments — this role is centred around second fix and quality finishing, not volume work.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong second fix joinery and finishing ability
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work from drawings and deliver a clean, snag-free finish
- Reliable, professional approach on site

Projects:
Cheshire and surrounding areas
Rates (CIS):
- £200 – £250/day (Joiner)
- £100 – £150/day (Mate)
Long-term work available for the right person/team.
