Chef de partie (CDP)

Part-Time (approx 16hours)-Glasgow
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our growing independent food business.
This is a varied role with around 16 hours per week primarily based in our. busy cafe in Glasgow, with the opportunity to work Friay and Saturday evenings in our exciting mexican takeaway pop up located within the Cafe. There will also be opportunities to work at festivals, private events and catering jobs from our food truck.
What You Will Be Doing
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
Helping develop and maintaining a constant, quality menu
Supporting both cafe service and our mexican evening concept.
Working at festivals and outside catering events throughout the year
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
We are looking for someone who:
has previous experience as a CDP or strong commis chef.
Works well under pressure and enjoys a fast paced environment.
Is organised dependable and takes pride in their work.
Has genuine passion for fresh food .
Is flexible and enjoys variety.
