Overview
Full training will be given if required. We are seeking a reliable 7.5t Removals Driver to join our team. This is can be on a full or part time basiss, to suit. Successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and furniture for domestic and commercial removals, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting clients through efficient and courteous service.
Duties
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne lorry, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Load and unload furniture and goods carefully, ensuring items are secure during transit.
- Assist with the packing, wrapping, and organising of items for removal
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients.
- Conduct vehicle checks prior to each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record suitable for commercial driving
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and manoeuvring furniture or goods safely.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude towards customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
