Your Impact and Daily Role
As our Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with our dentists to transform our patients' oral health. You will take over a dedicated surgery for one day a week, utilizing SOE/Exact software to keep your workflow seamless. This self-employed position features a competitive percentage-based pay structure, ensuring your earnings reflect your hard work. You will report directly to the Practice Principal and collaborate with an assisting dental nurse to deliver exceptional preventative care.What You Will Do:
- Deliver exceptional care: Provide tailored periodontal treatments based on dentist prescriptions using our SOE system.
- Build strong relationships: Partner closely with our dentists and wider team to ensure smooth communication and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Lead your surgery: Supervise your assisting dental nurse on clinical matters to keep your day running smoothly.
- Keep patients safe: Maintain immaculate clinical records and strictly follow our infection control and health and safety policies.
- Shape our growth: Collaborate with the Principal to help develop the practice and implement our business goals.
What You Bring:
- Professional compliance: Active GDC registration, current professional indemnity insurance, and up-to-date CPD.
- Software experience: Confidence using SOE/Exact is highly beneficial for hitting the ground running.
