About the Role
As a leaflet distributor, you’ll be at the heart of what we do – delivering mail that supports businesses across Wales.
This is an active, outdoor role that can be physically demanding but rewarding. You’ll be walking, planning your routes, and working independently in all seasons – rain, shine, and everything in between.
What We Offer
- Flexible part-time and full-time shifts between 06:00 and 20:00
- Morning shifts – around 5 hours, £62.50 (approx. 700 houses)
- Afternoon shifts – around 5 hours, £62.50 (approx. 700 houses)
- Full-day shifts – around 7.5–8 hours, £95 (approx. 1,000 houses)
- Finish early if you complete your route ahead of time
- Overtime opportunities on weekends and afternoons
- Local routes, close to where you live.
About You
We’re looking for people who are:
- Energetic & positive – happy working solo or as part of a team
- Outdoor lovers – comfortable in all weather and terrain (this is Wales, after all!)
- Physically fit – prepared for up to 5 hours of walking per day
- Organised & reliable – able to plan routes and deliver on time
- Flexible – every day is different, and so are the areas you’ll cover
The Recruitment Process

We aim to place you in your local area, but during your first few days you may be based in Cardiff (near our office) for any extra training or support.
