Hours: Full-time, permanent including weekend working
Pay Rate: £30,000 per annum

The role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the awesome team at Aspen Lodge Escape in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk as we continue transforming the park into a premier destination for lodge holidays and ownership.
We’re looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Team Leader to join our small but dedicated team, playing a crucial role in creating the all-important first impression by ensuring our park is well maintained and well kept, delighting guests and helping to make every stay truly memorable. You will lead and manage the small team, ensuring the team is motivated, organised and working to the highest standard, as well as carrying out hands-on responsibilities.
About you
You’ll have experience of leading a maintenance and grounds team across routine maintenance, facilities and gardening tasks and will be a committed team player with high standards. This is a physically active role, and you will be able to carry out tasks using hand tools and that involve being active and on your feet for most of the day. You will bring attention to detail and a focus on high standards to everything you do.
A full driving licence is essential.
