Holland Cooper is seeking an experienced Assistant PR Manager to support the PR Manager across all press, influencer, celebrity, and brand-building activity. This role is central to elevating Holland Cooper’s visibility across UK and international markets, with a strong focus on media outreach, influencer engagement, celebrity dressing, collaborations, and high-profile events.
A genuine passion for the equestrian world - including major events such as Burghley, Badminton, Cheltenham Festival, and broader horse-racing culture - is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is confident, driven, deeply organised, and comfortable representing a luxury British brand with heritage and style.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day press outreach, story pitching, and journalist follow-ups
- Manage sample trafficking, image requests, product information, and press assets
- Maintain and update press lists across fashion, lifestyle, regional, equestrian, and digital media
- Assist with outreach to overseas media and help strengthen international press relationships
- Monitor coverage, track KPIs, and compile regular PR reports
- Support the identification of celebrity and VIP opportunities aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate product pulls, gifting, loans, and dressing logistics
- Track placements and secure usage rights where applicable
- Help identify and assess influencers across fashion, lifestyle, and equestrian spheres.
- Coordinate gifting, paid influencer campaigns, and content approvals
- Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reporting
- Assist with planning, organisation, and execution of press events, brand launches, store activations, equestrian partnerships, and sponsorship moments
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, and on-site support
- Prepare briefing documents and follow-up reports
- Support the PR Manager with research, outreach, and execution of brand partnerships and collaborations
- Serve as a liaison between PR, creative, design, marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams
- Maintain the press office calendar, sample inventory, and asset library
- Prepare weekly internal updates and monthly PR performance reports
- Handle inbound press enquiries and sample requests proactively

Skills & Experience
Required
- Minimum 3 years’ PR experience, ideally within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Strong understanding of the UK media and influencer landscape; additional experience with international/overseas media is a significant advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PR tools (Gorkana, Launchmetrics, etc.) is beneficial
- Passion for fashion, equestrian culture, and major events such as Badminton, Burghley, and key racing festival
