3 shift pattern: Days 6am-2pm, Afters 2pm-10pm, Nights 10pm-6am
Position Overview:
To manufacture and test the full range of products in the Ocean Fibre range of slings, working closely with the Ocean Fibre team and promoting the most efficient working practices within the area of responsibility.
Key areas of responsibility:
· To set up the relevant machines for the various manufacturing processes
· To carry out any testing work which may be necessary.
· To receive fibre for stranding operations quality checking against specification.
· To work with other operators within the facility to ensure maximum efficiency.
· To carry out all necessary quality checks throughout the processing of slings from start to completion
· To carry out all clerical work associated with the manufacturing process.
· To be able to work with the minimum of supervision.
· To carry out basic maintenance duties.
Pay: From £12.98 per hour
