Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our manufacturing team in Upperlands, Northern Ireland. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the manufacturing and production industry. The Warehouse Operative will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:

Ensure all materials/products are received through correct processes
- goods off load, verify against paperwork and check quality
- Quality check all internal manufactured products/parts before despatch to customer
- Ensure shortage identified & logistics
- Report quality issues
- Ensure correct stock management is put away in appropriate location within warehouse environment e.g. racking and shelving
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards - ensure storage, facility equipment and materials are kept n a neat, clean and orderly fashion
Essential
-
Previous experience working in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- High level of knowledge of reading and understanding numbers
- Flexible in approach to work and have an ability to carry out, where necessary, other tasks
- Ability to work on own initiative
Desirable

Experience in kitting or order fulfilment.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of working with Metal products
