Location: CarltonâonâTrent / Worksop / Newark area

Reports to: Head of Operations
Working Hours: MonâThu: 7:30am – 5:30pm, Fri: 7:30am – 2:30pm.

The Role
-
Manage the receipt, storage, accuracy and issue of materials to keep production running smoothly, with full traceability and minimal delays.
Main Duties

Receive and check deliveries against orders; inspect for damage or shortages

Log all materials accurately into the ERP system

Store items correctly, clearly labelled and easily traceable

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock

Complete regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies

Pick and issue materials to match production schedules

Work closely with production and planning teams

Maintain a safe, tidy and organised stores area

Follow health and safety rules and support audits
Requirements
-
Previous experience in stock control, warehouse or manufacturing environment

Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and ERP/stock systems
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Able to prioritise work and communicate well across teams
-
Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
