Job Summary
Due to continued growth and expansion in the renewables sector, CVC Systems is looking for a Trainee
Project Manager.
With 30 years of experience and expertise, CVC Systems is one of the UK's leading designers, suppliers and installers of residential MVHR systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career, or someone from a site or trade background looking to move into project management. You might be a recent graduate in mechanical engineering, building services or project management, or an electrician, plumber or installer ready to move off the tools and into a management role.
The role is office based with regular site visits. You will work alongside our experienced Project Managers, learning how projects are planned, coordinated and delivered, and gradually taking on responsibility for your own projects. Full technical product training and structured support will be provided, and we will fund relevant industry qualifications.

- Flagging issues early and helping to resolve them
- Taking on responsibility for your own projects as your experience grows
Experience
- Have a genuine interest in renewable technology and ventilation
- Have some relevant background, for example a degree in mechanical engineering, building services or project management, or hands-on experience in a construction or installation trade
- Be keen to learn, ask questions and develop into a full Project Manager role
- Have good written and verbal communication skills and be confident speaking to clients and site teams
- Be well organised, with the ability to manage their own time and prioritise tasks
- Have good attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy
