Social Media Assistant / Content Creator (must have experience of similar)
Location: Motherwell (Office-based)
Hours: 5 hours per day 10-3 Mon-Friday with additional hours required in the lead up to events. (Weekends depending on event calendar mostly Saturday nights)
Must be passionate about dance music (House, Trance, Techno, Hardstyle, Old Skool)
Must have experience working on all Social media platforms and must have Content creation experience.
Colours, Scotland’s leading dance music promoter, is looking for a creative and dynamic individual from North Lanarkshire to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create captivating content for social media platforms (photos, videos, graphics)
- Plan and schedule posts to maintain consistent, creative communication that resonates with our audience.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure high-quality content
- Weekend work is required to attend and cover events.
About You:
- A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in creating engaging content.
- Passionate about dance music
- Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, Splice, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar apps, with a creative eye for what’s trending.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce content with precision and accuracy.
- Passionate about dance music, eager to engage with our vibrant community, and ready to be part of an exciting event-driven team.
Candidates must have access to a car so they can travel to and from events.
