Family Solicitor – Cheshire
Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE
Location: Cheshire/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy matters
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation agreements
- TOLATA applications
- Injunctions and protective orders
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
About You
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Family Solicitor with strong experience managing a mixed private family caseload.
You will ideally have experience across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters, alongside excellent client care and communication skills.

- Is confident managing their own caseload

- Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Can build strong and trusted relationships with clients
