Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team. This role is a relief position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are tidy and presentable.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free from debris.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless operation within the establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar setting, is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential; availability on weekends may be necessary.
