Duties
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve outstanding service.
- Provide excellent communication and phone etiquette to engage with customers and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organizational standards through effective time management and administrative oversight
- Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment.
- Also cooking and preparing food.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within catering.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in team management, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous management experience is highly desirable.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
