WDR Ltd is a leading UK based training company providing Learning and Development solutions via our Managed Learning Service, by utilising our bespoke Learning Management portal and offering Leadership programmes both accredited and bespoke..
At WDR we thrive on helping our clients to achieve their development goals either through our learning portal, by helping source and book appropriate training or by providing onsite training in our Horsham training centre. We have a team of accredited facilitators with vast experience providing training solutions for requirements from basic First Aid to accredited Leadership and Management qualifications.
Our Managed Learning Service is the heart of WDR and we work to be the single point of contact for our client’s learning and development needs.
Our training facility is a hub of activity offering hot desks, collaborative workspaces, private meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Key Duties
· Manning the reception area and dealing with clients face to face.
· Managing company correspondence including, calls, emails, letters
· Assisting with client Account management when required.
· Updating the WDR learning portal for clients.
· Dealing with suppliers on a regular basis.
· Assisting in events and business development where required.
· Facilitating the bookings and managing of our ILM qualifications.
· Performing FOH duties for in house training and our hot desking hub.
Key Skills
· Organised and able to manage multiple things at one time.
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Flexible and Adaptable to any situation.
· Proficient in the English Language as required for communication.
Other information,
· Would suit a recent graduate
· Would be required to be based at the office in Horsham Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
