Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Capital Markets including derivatives to support business and technology initiatives
Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders across Capital Markets to gather analyze and document business requirements related to derivatives and other asset classes Understand and map current business processes to provide functional design inputs for technology solutions Create highquality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents BRD functional specifications and workflows Manage requirement traceability from inception through testing and delivery Analyze complex data sets and develop flow diagrams highlevel summaries and process workflows Partner with development teams to assist in troubleshooting defect resolution and ensuring quality delivery Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in Capital Markets to recommend adoption strategies Collaborate with technology leads to shape strategic architecture aligned with the organizations technology roadmap Drive best practices for technology evaluation selection and implementation within Capital Markets
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead business analysis efforts focusing on derivatives and related Capital Markets products Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Manage endtoend requirement lifecycle ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions Support project execution by tracking progress managing risks and issues and providing regular status updates Act as a subject matter expert for Capital Markets products and processes guiding development and testing teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery Prioritize tasks effectively to handle conflicting demands and maintain focus on critical activities Build and nurture strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders to influence strategic decisions
