- Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable.
- General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs
- Using a PDA to manage and record daily works.
- Working on a rota basis on call out of hours.
Requirements:-
- Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience
- Full UK driving license
- Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery
- Other trades are preferred but not essential
