We're looking for a Care Coordinator with experience in Domiciliary Care who are able to take on the responsibility, who's a team player.
Must be at least a level 3 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards .
As a coordinator you will:
Ensure files are up to date i.e.
Care plans.
Risk Assessments.
Matrix's.
Mar chart Audits.
Audits
Supervisions.
Reviews.
Plan, direct, follow and deliver - person centred care.
Ensure the service and its resources are managed efficiently.
Nurture and mentor and support our dedicated care staff.
Participate in the on call Rota on Rotation
Support with business development and continued growth of Golden Keys Care.
Requirements:
Driver, with your own car.
Must be at least level 3 or willing to work towards .
Excellent I.T. Skills
Enhanced D.B.S on updated system desirable .
Knowledge and understanding of all regulations and statutory requirements, including CQC. health and safety and local authority requirements.
Excellent people skills and leadership.
Organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Applicant must have their own Vehicle.
You must have the passion and understanding for the needs of our vulnerable clients, the Service User at all times.
