We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Supervisor - Planned Repairs to join our Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality planned maintenance and improvement works across our housing stock, ensuring residents receive excellent services and value for money.

What you’ll be doing
You will take a lead role in managing planned repairs and improvement works delivered by external contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing contractor performance to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Carrying out inspections and quality checks on completed works.

Managing customer issues, complaints and service failures, ensuring positive outcomes for residents.

Building effective working relationships with contractors, residents and internal teams.

Challenging poor performance and driving continuous improvement.

Monitoring KPIs, contractor compliance and service performance.

Supporting the delivery of planned maintenance programmes and property improvement projects.

Ensuring Health & Safety, compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.

Attending contractor meetings and contributing to performance reviews and service development initiatives.
About you

Do you have experience working within housing, construction, property maintenance or a similar environment?

Have you managed contractors, suppliers or third-party service providers?

Are you confident handling difficult conversations and challenging poor performance when required?

Do you have strong customer service skills and experience resolving customer concerns?

Can you effectively balance competing priorities and manage your workload?

Are you confident interpreting technical information and monitoring service quality?

Do you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills?

Can you build productive relationships whilst maintaining accountability and challenging where necessary?
Experience of working within social housing, planned maintenance or contractor management environments would be advantageous.
