Trainee Industrial Painter

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Industrial Painter to join our growing Paint Shop team within our Structural Steel factory. No prior industrial painting experience is required. As a trainee, we will provide on-the-job training whilst you will work alongside experienced industrial painters.

You do not need a background in painting, but you must bring the right attitude:
- Eager to learn: A genuine desire to learn a manual, highly technical trade.
- Hands-on approach: Comfortable working in an industrial workshop environment.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to follow instructions precisely to maintain quality and safety.
- Reliable team player: Excellent punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Physical fitness: Capability to handle manual tasks and wear heavy protective respiratory gear.
